How does membership syncing work?

Two ways. Tag: access requires a tag or group on the active member in your platform, popular where you want a check-out step before unattended use. Offering: access is driven by the active membership plan name, so buying a membership grants access automatically. A plus sign means we can also enable zone and door restrictions from the plan name.

Which platforms send check-ins back?

Go High Level, Mindbody, RxGym, Stream Fitness, WODboard, and xPlor Triib send open-gym and class check-ins back to your platform for holistic attendance reporting. See the matrix for the current list.

Do members need a second app?

Not on platforms that support embedded access (Chalk It Pro, MyStrengthBook, Stream Fitness, WODboard). On others, members use the HybridAF app for door access.

Is there an extra cost for integrations?

Standard integrations are included. Platforms marked with a footnote may carry additional fees for advanced syncing. We confirm exactly what your setup needs on the demo.
