We review and test our Sites’ code on a quarterly basis to keep up with changes to the OS versions that we support.  While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Data Breach Notification

If we incur a breach of your Personal Data which we determine is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will communicate the Personal Data breach to the you without undue delay. To the best of our ability, we will notify you of your Personal Data that was misappropriated or misused, and what actions we are taking in response to the data breach.

Exercising your CCPA Data Protection Rights

Your request to us must:

For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Information that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

We do not, and have not during the last twelve (12) months, sold any Personal Information. If this changes, we will notify you and you will have the right to opt-out of the sale of your Personal Information. Children’s Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
